Price list Summer 2017 - Prices from

The prices are per person, per day, in half board in a standard double room. Tourist tax not included. With the formula "Prices from" the Management reserves the right to determine the contingent market price according to rooms availability.

Rates include:

• Overnight stay in a standard room from 14:00 hours on the date of arrival to 10:00 hours on the date of departure.
• Dinner with choice menu of the day of 3 courses, salads and appetizers buffet.
• Breakfast buffet available until 9:30.
• Free Wi-Fi throughout the structure.
• Access to the swimming pool, Spa with sauna and relax area (children under 16 years access only to the swimming pool).
• Free use of city-bike.
• Excursions and outings with the guides of Mountain Friends according to the weekly program for free excursions.
• Use of the tavern and of the children room, access to the outdoor area with tables, chairs and sun loungers.

The services listed in the headings "extras" and whatever is not expressly indicated in "Rates include” are not included.

Reductions:

• Only room and breakfast € 10,00 reduction per person per day.
• Adults in third bed - 10% / in fourth bed -20%.
• Children 0-2 years old stay for free (without extra bed).
• Children 3-8 years old in extra bed - 50%.
• Junior 9-12 years old in extra bed - 30%. 
• Children/Junior in double room with only one adult (not in extra bed) - 20%. 

Extras:

• Full board supplement € 10,00 per person per day.
• Single room +20%
• DUS Room (double single use) +50%
• Children Cot 0-2 years € 10,00 per day
• Covered parking garage on request € 8,00 per day. Open-air car park available free of charge on reservation with limited availability.  
• Late check out: room up to 17:00 hours on the day of departure € 50,00
• Differentiated supplements for upgrade to rooms SUPERIOR and JUNIOR SUITE.
• Kit wellness bag adult only (bathrobe, towel sauna, slippers) € 5,00; first rental mandatory.
• Tourist tax according to applicable tariffs (currently equal to 1.50 € per person per day for a max of 10 nights; children under 14 exempt).
